A zesty blend of Lemongrass, Lemon Myrtle, and Ginger to refresh the taste buds and invigorate the mind. Bursting with sunshine and goodness, Ginger lift is also great for settling the stomach, serve hot or chilled.
Here at The Tea Chest our teas are all hand blended made in small batches, packaged in heat sealed foil lined bags with tear off resealable zip lock enclosure to help maintain freshness. Blended and packaged in the rainforest surrounds of Far North Queensland.

How it tastes: refreshingly zesty with a warming ginger bite
Why it’s special: A refreshing blend of Lemongrass, Lemon Myrtle and Ginger. With a clean taste to enjoy hot or chilled. This is a great tea to keep you hydrated, settle the stomach and relieve the symptoms of colds and flu.
To serve one: Heat 250mls of water to 100°C. Add 1 heaped tsps. of tea, allow to infuse for 5-10 minutes.
Can be brewed 2 – 3 times can also be served as an iced tea.

Lemongrass Benefits: there are believed to be many health benefits to drinking Lemongrass in a tea. The leaves are high in folic acid, Vitamin C and Vitamin B. Lemongrass is also known to have a calming effect on a nervous stomach and can help improve digestion.
Lemon Myrtle Benefits: Lemon myrtle is reported to have anti-fungal, anti-viral and calmative qualities. Indigenous Australians have long used Lemon Myrtle as a healing plant flavouring food. Australian Native Lemon Myrtle; often described as a combination of lemon, lime and lemongrass. Lemon Myrtle has a desirably fresh fragrance.
