Commonly used to relieves nausea and motion sickness, helps IBS symptoms, aids in relieving hangovers, decrease flatulence, calms, restores and lends clarity, relieves headaches, clears throat, boosts energy.
Roundleaf Mint Benefits: Traditionally used for treating headaches and colds. Its flavour has a slightly peppery oregano with more earthy tones.
To serve one: Heat 250mls of water to 95°C. Add 1 heaped tsps. of tea and allow to infuse for 3 minutes if taken black; 4-5 minutes if adding milk.
