    • Australian Black Tea (grown and cultivated without the use of pesticides)
    • Cinnamon

    • Star Anise

    • Australian Black pepper
    • Australian Vanilla Essence
    • Australian Organic Whole & ground Vanilla beans

    Tea Brewing

    2-3 teaspoons to your medium pot, allow to steep. Alternatively use a once cup mesh tea infuser for your cup.

    Best served with your favourite milk or soy, and sweeten with  good honey if desired.

    Stove Top Method

    Brewing Chai on the stove top is the more traditional of way to brew chai.  This method takes time but the reward is a richly brewed cup of chai allowing all the spices flavours to sing.

    1. Place 3 teaspoons of Daintree Chai in a saucepan and add 300 mls of filtered water and allow to come to the boil, simmer for 3 mins.

    2. Add 200 ml of milk of your choice (eg cows or goats milk, soy milk, almond or cashew milk.) Allow milk to heat through for 2 mins.

    3. Strain tea into cup. Enjoy!
